Scratch Made Farm is a family-run, pasture-raised poultry operation based in Trussville, Alabama. We sell directly to customers through our website at scratchmadefarm.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to us via our contact form.

When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details. Payment information (credit card numbers, etc.) is processed directly by WooPayments and is never stored on our servers.
When you sign up for our email list, we collect your name and email address through an opt-in form powered by Flodesk. Signing up for emails is entirely voluntary and separate from placing an order.

WooPayments / Stripe processes all payment transactions. Your payment card data goes directly to them and is governed by their privacy policy. We do not have access to your full card number.
Flodesk stores your name and email address if you opted into our newsletter. Their privacy policy governs how they handle that data. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Google Analytics receives anonymized browsing data to help us understand site traffic. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not share your information with advertisers or any other third parties.
